Project Problem

Millions of children with verbal communication disabilities struggle to express basic needs, especially in active or social settings like sports programs. Existing tools like PECS boards and tablets are bulky, slow to use, and often disrupt learning and play. This communication gap leads to frustration, missed opportunities, and increased isolation.

Project Solution Description

CoachLink is a compact, wearable communication aid using colorful symbol cards on a wristband or lanyard. Designed for speed, comfort, and simplicity, it enables children to point to what they need—like using the bathroom or taking a water break—without disrupting their activities. CoachLink empowers users to stay engaged, reduces stress, and supports inclusive participation.
